Ian Bello set CYO records in the 800 and 400 and achieved another gold in the 200-meter dash.  This is an extraordinary feat winning a middle-distance race and a sprint. Great job, Ian and all of the Roadrunner boys who placed in the 200-meter dash. #sistersblog #cyocamphoward
