Alayna Connor from St. Pius X set a new CYO record in the 1500 meter run with a time of 5:04.47 breaking the old mark set by Sarah Bridges in 2004 of 5:07.84. Sarah Bridges was on hand to make the award to Alayna at the CYO Meet of Champions on May 20, 2012.
