Hailey Hammerstrom from Pacific Crest Academy Captures CYO Roadrunner Girls Shot put Championship


The top three contenders in the Roadrunner Girls Shot put Championship at the CYO Meet of Champions were within a foot of one another making it a very close contest.  Hailey Hammerstrom outdistanced her closest competitor by half a foot, winning the championship.  The event was held May 20 & 21 at Jesuit High School.  CYO congratulates Hailey and all of the girls in the shot put championships! #sistersblog #cyocamphoward

Christ the King’s James Menor Nails Fastest Cadet Boy Title in CYO 100-Meter Dash

St. Francis (Roy)/Visitation (Verboort) Speedster, Allyson Hammond, Wins Fastest Cadet Girl Title in CYO 100-Meter Dash


Allyson Hammond can probably whip all the boys in the races in Western Washington County running a 100-yard dash in 13.08!  Her time bested several of the CYO speedsters including Kezia Hollands who came in 20 hundredths of a second behind Hammond.  Allyson won the CYO Meet of Champions 100-Meter Dash contest May 21, 2017 held at Jesuit High School.  We are proud of the entire field of participants who turned in excellent times. #sistersblog #cyocamphoward

St. Pius X’s Kaden Huppin Owns Fastest Cub Boy Title in CYO 100 Meter Dash


Kaden Huppin pulled out all the stops to power past the likes of Bradford Currier and Josiah Lake in the 100 Meter Dash competition May 21 at the CYO Meet of Champions held at Jesuit High School.  Huppin also claimed the championship in the 400-meter dash.  Congratulations to the entire field of finishers in the 100-meter dash competition!  It was an excellent and exciting race. #sistersblog #cyocamphoward

Holy Trinity’s Grant Valley Attains Fastest Roadrunner Boy Title in CYO 100 Meter Dash

CYO Cub Nina Stecher Obtains a Championship for Valley Catholic in the 200 Meter Dash


Nina Stecher blasted into the stoplight last year when she broke a record in the 400 meter dash.  this year she delivered gold in the 200 meter dash.  A very versatile young athlete, Nina will be fun to watch in the coming years.
