James Menor won the CYO Shot put championship at the CYO Meet of Champions May 20 & 21 held at Jesuit High School.  Menor improved his preseason best by 8.5” to outdistance his closest competitor by 2’.  CYO congratulates the field of shot putters for their great efforts! #cyocamphoward #sistersblog

James Menor from Christ the King won the cub boys 100 Yard dash in the 2015 CYO Meet of Champions!  His time was just shy of the record set in 1995 by JR Waller of the Madeleine.

James Menor from Christ the King – He Can Jump AND He Can Throw!

James Menor had some consistently long jumps during regular season and the Meet of Champions this year.  His best seed distance was 16’4.75″ and his Meet of Champions winning jump was 16’4″.  In addition to winning the Long Jump, James also won the Shot Put!  Great job at the MOC this year, James!
