Former CYO Athletes Sign to Colleges

Congratulations to the six Jesuit Seniors, former CYO athletes, who signed on February 7th to compete in sports in college.

Spotlight on Rhonda Shelby – CYO & Camp Howard supporter and volunteer!

Portland, Oregon’s Rhonda Shelby, local weather celebrity weighs in on CYO/Camp Howard

CYO and Camp Howard programs operate due to the amazing support of over 1,500 volunteers across the Portland Metro and SW Washington area. Over 11,000 youth participate in our programs annually due to your support and volunteers like Rhonda Shelby.

A few member of the CYO team got a chance to visit with Rhonda to learn more about her family’s participation in CYO Sports and Camp Howard. Below are links to two short video clips.

My heart was warmed by Rhonda’s description of the unique spiritual atmosphere at Camp Howard and how that atmosphere creates such a special experience for campers. Rhonda ‘s daughter has loved every minute of her CYO Volleyball experience. Rhonda has cheered for the team and volunteered to run the scoreboard at her games.

Thank you Rhonda and all of the amazing CYO and Camp Howard volunteers and supporters! You make great memories possible for our youth.

Announcing Galen Rupp – 2019 Champions of Faith Keynote Speaker

I am thrilled to announce that Galen Rupp will be our Keynote speaker for our October 15th Champions of Faith Benefit Dinner. We are so proud that Galen got his start in CYO Track & Field. It has been amazing to observe his incredible running career and I can’t wait for him to share his personal story with all of us.
